We are committed to working with the producer community and other concerned parties -such as governments, health managers, professionals and other IT service companies, to help customers receive the services and products they need.
We are committed to implementing access strategies for all our new products and services based on three principles: address the needs of underserved populations through research and development, further improve the affordability of our products and services and strengthen their access systems.
We are committed to continuing to provide tailored and scalable access solutions, including customer support programs and fair commercial models and social business models.
Responsible Research Papers
We are committed to seeking the views and preferences of the user community from the beginning of the development process and to continuously improve the way we share information with users so that it is easy to understand before, during and after a research paper takes place.
We are committed to improving access to participation in research papers from the ideas of the customer community regarding the paper design, exploring innovative technology-based solutions, and the implementation of strategies to ensure that our papers reflect the diversity of the user needs.
After completion of a research paper, we commit to publish the results in mass media. We also request that the independent sponsors of all the papers started by researchers and supported by Biogmax publish all the results.
After successful completion of research programs, we commit to register the new products. Where the product is registered, we are committed to providing it -as long as permitted by local law- to customers who participated in the papers.
Recognize the importance of transparency and presenting reports
We are committed to sharing information in a transparent manner about our interactions with the community and disclosing all relevant financial and non-financial support.
